    Does MemberCloud replace our booking or POS system?

    No. It works alongside your existing practice management, booking or POS system and focuses on memberships, payments and reporting. Reports can be exported for reconciliation.

    Can we customize our membership plans?

    Yes. You can change plan names, pricing, billing frequency, included services, discounts and eligibility rules, and create family or multi-pet plans.

    Is there a free trial?

    Not at the moment. The free demo is a live walkthrough with our team, set up around how your business runs, so you can see your own plans before you decide. After that, MemberCloud is $149 a month.

    Where do you work?

    Anywhere in the United States. Our first clients are dental practices in Florida, and we are currently onboarding practices in South and Central Florida (East Coast), with Chicago next.
